Putting the pup in Superpup!
From the very first day of life, the Green Capes Lions Club is there to help give new puppies the best possible chance to become tomorrow’s superheroes, so the annual donation to the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides this year is focusing on the puppy nursery.
On July 20, 2023,The Green Capes Lions Club presented a cheque in the amount of $25,000 to the LFCDG for the following puppy nursery items:
• Puppy warmer incubator and oxygen concentrator for the Breslau nursery
• Elite Grooming Tub
• New washer and tumble dryer
• Micro-chips for new puppies
• Day to day nursery items (shampoo, collars, sensory items/toys, beds, items to address the needs of breeding mom’s, etc.)
• Replacement equipment for breeding
• Genetic testing for new breeding dogs
All of this was made possible by the hard work and generosity of Green Capes Lions Club members, graduates and supporters. Well done everyone!
